about
36 Days of Type is an annual project that thousands of participants take part in each year. It revolves around a simple brief with little rules or guidelines: create and post one letter of the alphabet each day, followed by ten digits, 0-9. It is always a good way to flex some creative muscles and really let your imagination roam. Some people create rigid systems, a general consistency, or take a more rhythmic approach to it, like I did this time around. I bounced back and forth between glossy and flowy, and textured and raw. I rotated the background colors to make a consistent pattern when shared on my Instagram grid.
